Within the Responses section, you have the capability to explore and examine the individual responses submitted for your form, offering a detailed perspective on each answer provided.
To access the response section, navigate to the “All Forms” tab, then locate your form and click on the ellipsis (more) icon situated on the right-hand side. From there, select “Responses.”
In this section, you’ll have access to all the responses submitted by users for your form.
Additionally, you can individually review how each user has interacted with the form.
These responses are categorized as “All,” “Completed,” and “Incomplete,” making it easy to track the number of users who have successfully filled out the form and those who haven’t. You can also see whether a user is verified and even assign tags to them.
On the upper right corner of each form response, you’ll find the “more” icon. Clicking on it reveals options to mark a response as read/unread, archive it, or delete it.

Within the response section, an enhanced functionality is available for efficiently managing form responses through the use of tags. Each form response can be assigned specific tags, facilitating organized retrieval.
For instance, you can assign a tag like “important” to a response. Later, when you access the filter options, selecting the “important” tag will streamline your search, presenting responses with that specific tag promptly.
Begin by assigning the tag “important” to a response.
Subsequently, in the filter section, choose the “important” tag to initiate filtering.
The responses will then be displayed in accordance with the selected tag.
Additionally, Helpgent offers a valuable feature known as the media filter. This tool allows you to specifically filter individual form responses based on media content, including links, voice recordings, and videos. This feature proves particularly beneficial when you need to swiftly pinpoint media responses without having to scroll through an entire array of forms.
The media filter presents all relevant media associated with the specific form response, giving you the flexibility to choose from links, videos, or voice recordings. This enhances the efficiency of managing and accessing media content within your responses.
You have the flexibility to make selections based on various criteria, including links, videos, or voice content.
