Address #
Once you’ve created a form, you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll find a +Add screen option available on top of the left sidebar of the page, that allows you to add new screens or fields to set up a conversation form.
By selecting the +Add screen option at the top of the left sidebar Screen panel, you’ll access an extensive array of Screen choices.
For example, if you want to add Address/Screen, then hover on the Address field
Now, click on the Address button
Here, you can customize and modify the title of the Address field.
Also, you can hide the title of the address field just by turning on the toggle.
You can set the required or optional field just by clicking on the star icon.
You can add images or video.
You can also change the layout based on your preference.
You can change the font color, font size, and font weight of the title, description, and field label from the Design panel. Moreover, you can change the overlay of an image or video.
Email #
After adding the Email type, there are some options to modify and customization. Users can make this ‘Email’ field required by turning on the toggle.
Users have the option to change the ‘Placeholder’ text from here.
Phone Number #
After adding the Phone Number field, you will find there are some options to modify and customize the field.
Users have the option to change the ‘Placeholder’ text from here.
Website #
After adding the Website field, there are some options for modification and customization.
Users have the option to change the ‘Placeholder’ text from here.
Contact Info #
Once you have added the Contact Info field, you will see options to modify and customize the field. Moreover, you can turn on the toggle to collect leads.
