How to Display Logos with Themes, Categories and Specific Settings in WordPress

Stepwise Guide on How to Display Logos with Themes and Specific Settings
To display different logos with different theme settings using multiple functionalities, first, make sure to install WordPress as the dedicated Content Management System (CMS) of your website. We will use a specialized plugin for the logo-adding purpose named ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’ to complete the overall process.Â
Step 1: Upload and activate ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’
To upload and activate ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’ on your website, go to the WordPress Dashboard Admin Menu Bar and click on Plugins ➤ Add New. This action will take you to the ‘Add Plugins’ page. Now click on Upload Plugin to upload ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’.

Next, click on Choose File because from here, you can select the .zip format of ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’. Once you have set the file, click on Install Now to install the plugin on your website.

Once the plugin is installed, click on Activate Plugin to activate it on your website.

Now, you have successfully activated ‘Legal Pages Pro’ on your website.
Step 2: Add new logos
To add different logos of your reliable customers, stakeholders and clients, go to Logo Showcase ➤ Add New Logo. This action will take you to the ‘Add New Logo Page. Now, give a suitable title for the new logo in the Add title box. After that, click on Set logo to add the logo.
Besides, you can create a URL and set unique Tooltip text for that logo using the URL and Tooltip Settings. Lastly, click on Publish to make that logo active on the website.

Here, we’ve created a new logo named ‘Logo 1’.

To explore where the published logos are stored, click on Logo Showcase ➤ All Logos. You will be redirected to the ‘Logos’ page. Here, all the published logos are displayed.

Step 3: Create a new logo category
Sometimes you may feel puzzled if the number of logos is many, though you want to organize them within specific categories. No worries! ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’ can save your day.
To create a logo category, click on Logo Showcase ➤ Logo Categories. This action will redirect you to the ‘Logo Categories’ page.
Next, to create a new logo category, give a suitable name for the category in the Name box.
Write a short description of what the category is all about in the Description box. Lastly, click on Add New Logo Category to create the logo category.

Step 4: Add logo in category
To add a logo to any specific category, click on Logo Showcase ➤ All Logos. To do this process from scratch, select a logo named Logo 4 as an example. Like others, this logo hasn’t been categorized yet.

Now, click on ‘Logo 4’, which will redirect to this particular logo’s ‘Edit Logo’ page. You will see the Logo Categories option in this page.
There are three logo categories under the ‘Logo Categories’ option: Excellent, General, and Regular. You can add ‘Logo 4’ to any of these categories. Here, you have added ‘Logo 4’ to the Excellent category. Lastly, click on the ‘Update’ button to save these changes.

Now, return to the ‘Logos’ page, and you will see that Logo 4 is in the Excellent category. You can add all the logos to the existing categories by following the same procedure.

Step 5: Display logos with unique theme settings
‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’ offers more than 30 themes in both grid and carousel layouts. So, to display logos with unique theme settings, you can choose the grid layout, for example, and display logos using this Layout using different theme settings.
You can display different types of logos using the first four themes in grid view for display purposes. To make things easier for you, we are demonstrating the logos in grid view using theme 2.
To do this, go to a shortcode named Logo shortocode 1 that you have created before. Now click on Edit to customize it.

Next, after entering into this shortcode page, select Grid as the Layout in the General Settings.

Now, get into the Grid Settings and set Theme 1 in the Select Theme option. Next, set Column 2 by using the Select Columns options. Finally, click on Update to save all the changes you have made.

Like these two theme settings, you can display logos using the rest of the themes by repeating the same procedure..
Step 6: Display logos using logo ID, month and year

To display logos based on their respective IDs, go to Logo Showcase Shortcode Generator. You will be redirected to the Shortcode Generator page. Now, choose the shortcode named Logo Shortcode 1 and click on it.

Now, you are on the ‘Edit Generated Shortcode’ page. Next, click on the General Settings, and you will get an option named Logo Type. Within this option, there is an option called Display Logos by ID.
Next, click on the radio button beside ‘Display Logos by ID’. A box will appear where you need to put the unique ID for logos. After providing the logo IDs, click on Update to store the changes.

Display logos by month
The procedure is the same for displaying logos by month and year. Just follow the same process to enter into the ‘Edit Generated Shortcode’ page for ‘Logo Shortcode 1’. After entering this page, go to the General Settings, and you will get the Logo Type in it.
Next, select the Radio button beside Display Logos by Month. Instantly, Two boxes will appear where you need to put the specific month and year of the logos, respectively. Once the required information is provided, click on Update to save the changes.

Display logos by year
To display logos based on a specific year, move to General Settings under the Edit Shortcode Generator for ‘Logo Shortcode 1’. Next, click on the Display Logos by Year option under Logo Type.
A Box will appear where you need to put the specific year to display logos accordingly. Finally, click on the Update button to save the changes.
