Step 1: Upload and activate the plugin

First, you need to upload the plugin to your website. To do this, head over to the WordPress Admin Dashboard and click on Plugins ➤ Add New. This will take you to the Add Plugins page. Now click on Upload Plugin to upload ‘Logo Showcase Ultimate Pro’.

Right now, choose a .zip format of the plugin by clicking on Choose File. After selecting the file, click on Install Now to install the plugin on your website.

Once you have installed the plugin, it’s time to activate it. Click on Activate Plugin to make the plugin fully functional on your website.

Step 2: Add a new logo with a tooltip

To add a logo, return to the Dashboard Admin Menu and click on Logo Showcase ➤ Add New Logo. It will take you to the Add New Logo page. First, give a suitable title for the new logo in the Add title box. Next, add the new logo by clicking on the Set logo.

Besides, you can write what the logo is all about in the Short Description. You can also set the logo address in the Logo link box. You also can add tooltip text for that specific logo by clicking Tooltip Text as you want to do how to design a logo using the tooltip. Lastly, click on the Publish button.

Using this process, you can add an unlimited number of logos.

To see where your newly created logos are stored, click on Logo Showcase➤All Logos. This will take you to the Logos page.

Step 3: Generate a new shortcode for logos

With this step, you will learn to generate new shortcodes for logos. To do this, return to Admin Dashboard and click on Logo Showcase ➤ Shortcode Generator ➤ Generate New Shortcode

Now, you are on the ‘Generate New Shortcode’ page. Next, add a title for this ‘Generate New Shortcode’ page in the Add title box. This page contains shortcodes and different settings options like General Settings, Carousel/ Grid Settings, and Style Settings

Each setting includes different options to make the logo showcasing experience more advanced and eye-catching for the visitors.

Shortcodes:

In the Shortcodes option, You can use the automatically generated shortcode to display your logos in the Shortcodes option. All you need is to copy and paste the shortcode to any post or page you like, and your favorite logo will automatically be displayed on the slider.

General Settings: 

There are two different layouts for you in general settings: Carousel and Grid. These layouts define how your logos will appear in the slider. You can specify the number of logos displayed in the Display Total Logos option. There is an option to ‘Show/Hide‘ the carousel or grid title. In Logo Type, you can display logos based on the latest published, older published, random, ascending and descending order, category, ID, etc.

Carousel Settings:

In Carousel settings, you get 16 pre-designed themes. There are also buttons to customize Auto Play, Repeat Logo, and Stop on Hover options. Step 4: Display logos using a tooltip

To display logos with a tooltip, suppose you choose Logo 4. Now, go to that particular logo page and write what the logo is in the Tooltip Text box. Next, click on the Update button to save the changes. You can add a tooltip in all other logos using this same process.

Step 5: Display logos using auto-resize and crop option

To display all of your logos in the exact cropping, go to General Settings and click YES on Image Crop. After that, set Image width and Image height so that all the logo images will be cropped in the same size.

Lastly, click on Update to save all the changes you made.
